The Foundation currently has a community partnership with a "best-in-class" organization the Association to Benefit Children (ABC) This focused partnership enables us to increase the impact of our giving with the time and talent of Neuberger Berman employees, creating a significant positive impact in the lives of children. ABC receives significant funding from the Foundation, and is an outstanding example of excellence and dedication to the children and families they serve.

In May of each year, we celebrate the anniversary of our reemergence as an independent company with a global Celebration with Service, a week of volunteer projects in which we used our talents to benefit others.

Our employee-driven Socially Responsible Forum focuses on and addresses sustainability issues and other relevant issues exemplifying good corporate citizenship, including: efficient energy usage; waste management; supplier and employee diversity.
